Among 159 participants, predominantly female, with a mean age of 62.7 years, the protocol showed promising results. Incidence rates of embolism and ecchymosis were low (0.62% and 6.2%, respectively), suggesting fewer complications compared to similar studies. Postoperative knee flexion and contraction significantly improved, highlighting the protocol's efficacy in enhancing post-surgery mobility.
