A groundbreaking study encompassing 4880 patients assessed the relationship between ECG measurements and mortality in chronic heart failure. After adjusting for factors such as the Meta‐Analysis Global Group in Chronic Heart Failure (MAGGIC) risk score and N‐terminal pro‐B‐type natriuretic peptide, the analysis uncovered significant associations between specific ECG parameters and cardiovascular (CV) deaths and all‐cause deaths. Notably, women with specific ECG patterns exhibited distinct mortality trends. These findings highlight the valuable role of routine ECG assessments in predicting mortality risk, especially among high‐risk HFrEF patients.
