A fully web-based nutrition and exercise intervention demonstrated high adherence (82%) and effectiveness in chronic disease patients. The study involved 202 participants, including 126 with cancer (62.4%) and 130 females (64.4%). Despite similar changes in physical function, significant benefits were seen in well-being (WHO-5), energy, fatigue, and protein intake. The Heal-Me Intensive group had better nutrition self-management. No serious adverse events occurred, highlighting the intervention's safety and acceptability.
