Yellow Nail Syndrome (YNS), a rare disorder, exhibits yellow nails, respiratory issues, and lymphedema. A retrospective study (January 2008 to December 2022) on 23 YNS patients revealed an average age of 50.8 at the first sign. Chronic cough was the initial symptom (45.5%), followed by yellow nails (27.3%) and chronic sinusitis (18.2%). Primary intestinal lymphangiectasia was associated with four patients. Treatment with fluconazole and vitamin E showed varied responses, emphasizing the need for further research on YNS therapies.
