The TARDBP gene, which plays a role in nervous system diseases like ALS and FTD, was investigated to determine if it also plays a role in glioma patients. Data from the Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas was used to perform Cox survival analysis and GO analyses. Results showed that the TARDBP gene is important in glioma patients, and its expression is significantly correlated with patient survival. Additionally, a prediction model was constructed to predict patients' survival rates. The study suggests that the TARDBP gene are important in glioma patients.
