The patient denied her medical history of systemic diseases, long‐term medication taking, transplantation, smoking or family history. On examination, she had bilateral, symmetrical, multifocal white striae or radiating lines on the buccal and lower vestibular mucosa. we found an irregular erosion/ulceration, measuring 15 mm in its largest diameter, surrounded by a soft erythematous lesion on the right lower vestibule near teeth
