Access to Modulator Therapy Reduces Anxiety and Depression in CF

The study examines the impact of modulator therapy access on anxiety and depression in cystic fibrosis (CF) patients and their caregivers. Group 1 (pre-ETI treatment) had lower depression and anxiety levels compared to Groups 2 and 3 (limited access). Access to modulator therapy reduced anxiety by 67.7%. The study highlights the importance of addressing access barriers to improve mental health outcomes for CF patients and caregivers.
