Adalimumab was assessed in 78 very early-onset inflammatory bowel disease (VEO-IBD) patients under 6 years old. Initiated at a median age of 4.2 years, it led to significant improvements in clinical scores, CRP, fecal calprotectin, and weight Z-score by Week 52. Durability rates were 61.9%, 48.1%, and 35.6% after 1, 2, and 3 years, respectively. Serious infections occurred in 5.1%, with one fatality.
