
This study evaluated the compatibility of decellularized porcine small intestine submucosal dural grafts (BD) and polyester urethane-based Neuro-Patch (NP) dural substitutes with mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) and Histoacryl surgical adhesive. Human dental pulp stem cells (hDPSCs) were used to evaluate viability, inflammatory response, and osteogenic differentiation. Dural substitutes were compatible and promoted adhesion. MTA induced inflammation and differentiation, while dural substitutes maintained hDPSC stemness, suggesting their potential use in regenerative endodontic procedures as alternatives to MTA.
