The APPRAISE study assessed apremilast's 12-month effectiveness, tolerability, and patient satisfaction in real-world settings for psoriatic arthritis (PsA). Over 12 months, 63.7%, 67.2%, and 53.8% achieved remission/low disease activity at months 4, 8, and 12, respectively. Significant improvements were observed in joint counts, pain, psoriasis, and dactylitis. Treatment satisfaction and patient-reported outcomes also improved. Apremilast was well tolerated. These findings underscore apremilast's effectiveness and patient satisfaction in real-world PsA management.
