Arthroscopic-Assisted Surgery for Fibrous Dysplasia of the Femur

A 49-year-old female with fibrous dysplasia of the femur underwent tumor curettage and bone graft fusion using arthroscopically-assisted uni-portal non-coaxial endoscopic surgery (AUNES). The technique provided a clear surgical field, precise curettage, and minimal blood loss. Postoperative recovery was smooth with satisfactory graft placement and bone fusion, indicating that AUNES is a safe, feasible, and minimally invasive alternative to traditional surgery for fibrous dysplasia.
