This study introduces a novel protocol combining artificial intelligence (AI) and mixed reality (MR) for implant surgical planning. Using intraoral scanning and cone beam computed tomography, AI automatically aligns and segments patient 3D models. MR software enables holographic surgical planning, guiding the creation of 3D-printed surgical guides for static computer-assisted implant surgery (s-CAIS). Initial results indicate reliable implant positioning in simple cases, suggesting potential for wider clinical application.
