A large multicentric study analyzed 1,644 men with non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA) to determine eligibility for hormonal therapy. Findings revealed that 30% qualified for clomiphene citrate (CC) and/or hCG, 37% for aromatase inhibitors (AIs), and 17% for both. This study highlights the limited subset of NOA patients who may benefit from medical therapy before surgical sperm retrieval.
