This study explores in silico prediction of Aspergillus fumigatus-specific B-cell epitopes to improve diagnostic precision for Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis (ABPA). Focusing on epitopes from Asp f1, Asp f2, Asp f3, and Asp f4, researchers employed IEDB-AR for epitope prediction, followed by molecular docking using MODELER and HADDOCK. Key findings revealed IgE-specific epitopes for Asp f1 and Asp f2, and IgG-specific epitopes for Asp f1, Asp f3, and Asp f4, with notable interaction residues identified through PyMOL and PISA. These insights support ABPA diagnostics, paving the way for personalized therapies and preventive strategies for better disease management.
