The study analyzed RNA-seq data from primary and recurrent glioblastoma (GBM) samples, identifying differentially expressed circRNAs and RBPs. Findings suggest their potential as diagnostic and stratification markers. Experimental validation confirmed circRNA interactions with FUS and highlighted circARID1A’s role in tumor proliferation. These insights provide a foundation for further research into gliomagenesis and novel therapeutic targets.
