A study evaluated 27 patients who underwent all-arthroscopic suprapectoral tenodesis of the long head of the biceps tendon (LHBT) using a 2.7-mm knotless anchor. Postoperatively, patients showed high satisfaction and successful return to sports activities, with 96% returning to their preoperative level within 6 months. Clinical scores indicated significant improvements, with minimal complications and no bone damage around the anchor. The study suggests that using a small knotless anchor for LHBT tenodesis can yield satisfying outcomes and facilitate high-level sports performance while minimizing the risk of bone damage.
