Results showed better masticatory performance (MP) with Co-Cr RPDs (lower X50 values), although maximum bite force (MBF) was similar between groups. Patient satisfaction was higher for Co-Cr frameworks in terms of stability and chewing ability. Most participants preferred Co-Cr RPDs over PEEK.
