The retrospective study compares the safety and short-term outcomes of single-port plus one (SR) versus multiple-port (MR) laparoscopic trocar placement in pediatric robotic-assisted Lich-Gregoir ureteral reimplantation for vesicoureteral reflux. Among 32 patients, SR and MR groups show no significant differences in patient characteristics, preoperative data, perioperative variables, or postoperative complications. SR achieves comparable surgical outcomes to MR with higher cosmetic satisfaction and similar operative complexity, suggesting its feasibility and efficacy in pediatric ureteral reimplantation.
