This randomized clinical trial investigated the efficacy of computerized cognitive and skills training using FUNSAT™ software in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or normal cognition (NC). Participants showed significant training gains in completion times for technology-related tasks, with effect sizes exceeding 1.0 SD. Ecological momentary assessment (EMA) surveys revealed sustained improvements in both trained and untrained skills for up to 6 months post-training. The study emphasizes the real-world transfer of computerized training, especially benefiting individuals with MCI.
