The study aimed to construct a diagnostic model for immune-related genes in heart failure due to idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Using gene expression data from GEO, immune infiltration was evaluated, and differentially expressed genes were analyzed. Immune-related differential genes (IRDGs) were identified and visualized in a protein-protein interaction network. Machine learning methods were employed for model construction and validation. Results revealed significant immune differences between DCM and controls, suggesting potential diagnostic and intervention opportunities in immune-related DCM.
