The study investigates the relationship between dyskinesia, overactive bladder (OAB), and clinical characteristics in Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients. Analysis of 1338 PD patients reveals significant correlations between dyskinesia, OAB, disease severity, and cognitive status. Logistic regression identifies independent risk factors for dyskinesia, including disease duration, medication dosage, and OAB symptoms. Results suggest a pronounced risk of dyskinesia with moderate to severe OAB symptoms, highlighting the need for comprehensive management strategies addressing both conditions in PD treatment.
