The study focuses on adapting mental health first aid guidelines for psychosis from English to the cultural contexts of Chile and Argentina. Through a Delphi expert consensus study involving people with lived experience of psychosis and health professionals, 244 statements were agreed upon out of 275 evaluated. While some original English statements were not endorsed, indicating the need for cultural adaptation, there was emphasis on involving mental health professionals and awareness of human rights principles. Further research and training development are needed.
