Current status of sinonasal cancer survivorship care

Sinonasal cancer lacks standardized guidelines for surveillance and follow-up care. Multimodality treatment involving surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy is commonly used for advanced-stage patients. Sinonasal cancer exhibits a higher rate of local failure and delayed occurrence than other head and neck malignancies. The risk of recurrence and site of failure vary depending on the histology. Treatment can result in various deficits and impairments, affecting multiple domains of patients' physical and neuropsychological well-being.
