Mandibular models of 106 patients treated with clear aligners were analyzed. Significant differences in COS depth were found among normodivergent, hypodivergent, and hyperdivergent groups. Treatment did not substantially alter COS depth overall. However, variation was noted across skeletal patterns. Normodivergent patients showed greater changes in molar and premolar distances from the occlusal plane compared to hyperdivergent individuals. Understanding these nuances aids in personalized orthodontic treatment.
