A survey of 145 academic laryngologists reveals substantial diversity in managing idiopathic subglottic stenosis (iSGS), a rare condition affecting the subglottic larynx. Most common treatments include endoscopic dilation (ED) and in‐office steroid injections (SISI), with infrequent use of the Maddern procedure. This variation suggests a need for standardization to enhance clinical results in iSGS patients.
