
The Delhi High Court has made it mandatory for staff, lawyers and litigants to wear face masks on the premises and follow COVID-19 protocols due to a surge in cases in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The court also advised against large gatherings in common areas and waiting areas to prevent the spread of the virus. India has recorded its highest daily case count in eight months, and Delhi recorded 1,757 new cases with a positivity rate of 28.63.
