The study from August to November 2021 included 68 Arabic-speaking children aged 6 to 12. Linear regression analysis, adjusted for various factors, highlighted a strong association between walking capacity and lower scores on the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory scale, particularly in physical, social, and school functioning domains. The findings underscore the need for early interventions to enhance the quality of life for children with Down syndrome.

As a single-arm study, the findings are descriptive and require controlled confirmation.
