The study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of doxycycline in Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP). The results showed that doxycycline improved the quality of life and temporarily improved the sense of smell in patients with CRSwNP. In addition, the response to treatment was not affected by the levels of eosinophil in the blood or nasal secretions, making doxycycline useful in both eosinophilic and non-eosinophilic nasal polyps.
