Dupilumab enhances olfaction in CRSwNP, but threshold gains remain limited. A study of 15 patients showed significant improvement in TDI scores, SNOT-22, and QOD-NS at 3 and 6 months. However, threshold scores improved less than discrimination and identification. No correlation was found between polyp score reduction and olfactory recovery. Findings suggest threshold metrics better assess long-term disease control with dupilumab therapy.
