Dupilumab, evaluated in the VOYAGE study, showed significant and sustained improvements in asthma control for children aged 6–11 with uncontrolled moderate-to-severe type 2 asthma. Rapid improvement was observed by week 4, with sustained effects through week 52. Dupilumab-treated children achieved higher rates of clinically meaningful responses and well-controlled asthma compared to the placebo group. Health-related quality of life (HRQoL) also significantly improved for both children and their caregivers by week 52.
