This study assessed the impact of switching to a once-daily netarsudil/latanoprost fixed-dose combination (FDC) on intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. Participants, previously treated with latanoprost monotherapy or in combination with other IOP-lowering agents, showed significant reductions in IOP after switching to the FDC. Adverse events were minimal, and the treatment was well tolerated, suggesting its potential to simplify glaucoma management.
