This trial assessed bevacizumab's efficacy in treating hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT). Patients receiving bevacizumab had a notable decrease in required blood transfusions, especially those with high bevacizumab exposure. Haemoglobin levels improved in the bevacizumab group over six months. Although the trial was underpowered, these findings suggest the potential benefits of bevacizumab for HHT patients in reducing blood transfusion needs.
