Efficacy and Safety of Remibrutinib in Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria

In the REMIX-1 and REMIX-2 phase 3 trials, 925 patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria were treated with remibrutinib (25 mg twice daily) or placebo. Remibrutinib significantly reduced the Urticaria Activity Score (UAS7) at week 12, with a greater improvement than placebo (P<0.001). At week 12, more patients in the remibrutinib group achieved UAS7 scores of 6 or lower (49.8% vs. 24.8%) and UAS7 of 0 (31.1% vs. 10.5%). Safety was similar between groups, though petechiae was more common in the remibrutinib group (3.8%).
