A study assessing the effectiveness and safety of combining camrelizumab and apatinib for liver cancer treatment yielded promising results. The combination showcased a 28% objective response rate and a 69% disease control rate. Median progression-free survival was 5.87 months, and median overall survival was 19.35 months. However, 90% experienced any grade adverse events, with 49% encountering grade 3 or higher. While the combination demonstrated commendable efficacy, cautious clinical application is advised to mitigate potential adverse reactions and enhance overall safety in liver cancer management.
