Real-world data analysis indicates Brentuximab vedotin (BV) monotherapy (BV-M) and combination (BV-C) therapies are safe and effective for classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) and CD30-expressing peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCLs). Retrospective analysis of Symphony Health Patient Claims revealed 13% and 12% of cHL and PTCL patients, respectively, were retreated with BV. Median times to BV-M retreatment were 5 and 7 months for cHL and PTCL patients, respectively, with 4-5 retreatment doses. Predictors of BV-M retreatment varied by subtype, including age, sex, and previous stem cell transplantation for cHL, and systemic anaplastic large-cell lymphoma subtype for PTCL. These findings support considering earlier BV treatment and highlight BV retreatment as a viable option.
