Th e present study reports on the open-label phase of a randomized controlled trial that evaluated Restorex penile traction therapy (RxPTT) vs no treatment in post-prostatectomy men. The study found that men who received RxPTT showed improved penile length and erectile function compared to those who did not receive treatment. Those who received treatment early (Gr3&4) showed greater improvements than those who received treatment after a delay (Gr2). Even after discontinuing therapy, those who initially received treatment (Gr3) maintained improvements in length and erectile function. These findings suggest that RxPTT may be an effective post-operative therapy for improving erectile function in post-prostatectomy men.

A human adipose stem cell study found distinct insulin and IGF-I receptor patterns between subcutaneous and visceral fat.
