This study explored the role of extracellular vesicle (EV) monitoring in assessing treatment response in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Plasma samples from 27 patients were analyzed for cfEV protein content and size. A ∆cfEV <20% was associated with improved progression-free survival (PFS), especially for patients on pembrolizumab or osimertinib. This method provides valuable insights into treatment efficacy and could complement clinical assessment in NSCLC.
