Ensuring optimal recovery post-cesarean delivery is vital, and effective pain management plays a crucial role. This retrospective cohort analysis investigates the impact of integrating enhanced recovery after cesarean (ERAC) protocols into an existing approach that combines neuraxial morphine and wound catheters with continuous bupivacaine infusions. The study aims to determine whether ERAC further reduces opioid consumption post-cesarean delivery, contributing valuable insights to refining postoperative pain management strategies.
