A Delphi consensus study assessed expert opinions on triple therapy as an initial and follow-up treatment for COPD. Out of 54 statements, consensus was reached in 84.8% (initial use), 63% (escalation), and 80% (de-escalation). While agreement supports triple therapy for select patients, unresolved issues highlight the need for further research into its optimal use in COPD management.
