To investigate the association between combined socioeconomic, external environment, early-life environment, lifestyle-anthropometric factors and asthma phenotypes. This large-scale exposome-based study revealed early-life and lifestyle exposure profiles at risk for asthma in adults. The findings support the importance of multiinterventional programs for primary and secondary asthma prevention, including controlling specific early-life risk factors and promoting a healthy lifestyle in adulthood.
