A study on Malignant Ovarian Germ Cell Tumors (MOGCTs) reveals promising results for young patients. Seventy patients with a median age of 22.5 years were studied, showing high survival rates and positive obstetric outcomes. Immature teratoma was the most common subtype, with a 5-year disease-free survival rate of 91.1%. All patients regained regular menstrual cycles after treatment, with a mean post-chemotherapy menstruation delay of 4.38 months. Of 34 patients attempting conception after treatment, 23 succeeded, resulting in 27 live births. Fertility preservation is recommended as the primary MOGCT treatment for young patients.
