The study presents a retrospective-multicenter analysis of 443 salivary gland cancers (SGCs) from 37 medical oncology clinics in Turkey. The analysis includes clinical and demographic features, primary treatment, metastasis localization, treatments, and pathologic features. Results show that major SGCs had a higher incidence of distant metastasis, while minor SGCs had a higher incidence of locoregional recurrence. The study provides epidemiological information, metastasis and recurrence patterns, treatment modalities, and survival analysis of the patients over 20 years of follow-up.
