GROWTH OF A FOCAL SCLERAL NODULE

This case report documents the growth of a focal scleral nodule (FSN) in a 15-year-old girl over three years. Initially discovered as a small, asymptomatic lesion, it increased in size with scleral protrusion and choroidal thinning observed via optical coherence tomography (OCT). Despite growth, the patient remained asymptomatic. Long-term monitoring of FSN is crucial for understanding its natural history and underlying mechanisms.
