The study analyzed drug persistence in 709 Finnish patients (2018–2020), with guselkumab (90%) and ustekinumab (85%) showing the highest one-year continuation rates. Lower discontinuation rates were observed for guselkumab compared to other biologics. A broader cohort (Finland: 2,745, Sweden: 10,970) confirmed these findings. Understanding treatment feasibility and effectiveness is key to improving persistence in psoriasis therapy.
