The results showed significant improvements in hydration (SMD = 1.34, p < 0.05) and radiance (SMD = 0.51, p < 0.05) following HA injections. However, no significant effects were observed on skin elasticity (SMD = 0.25, p = 0.27) or melanin index (SMD = −1.74, p = 0.28).
