Psoriasis and AD patients exhibit significant differences in happiness across European countries. This study, including 723 psoriasis and 316 AD patients, found that Austrian patients reported the highest happiness, while AD patients experienced greater disease-related impairment. Country-specific factors such as treatment access and disease severity played a role in happiness and quality of life. These findings emphasize the need for targeted psychological interventions and equal treatment access.
