A study investigated prognostic factors in chest pain patients without obstructive coronary artery disease. The research explored the association between high-sensitivity troponin I (hs-TnI) levels and outcomes. Findings reveal that 52.6% of patients had elevated hs-TnI, which is linked to older age, atrial fibrillation, and impaired myocardial perfusion. Elevated hs-TnI patients showed a higher cumulative event rate, emphasizing its correlation with cardiovascular events. Males and reduced myocardial blood flow reserve were identified as risk factors.
