A study evaluated hysteroscopic surgery's efficacy for endogenous cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) and prophylactic ultrasound-guided lauromacrogol injection. The research, including 131 patients, found that hysteroscopic surgery is a safe and effective treatment for CSP. Patients who underwent direct hysteroscopic surgery had shorter hospital stays and lower total costs. This approach not only reduces pain and financial burden but also conserves medical resources.
