Cardiovascular disease remains a major global health concern. This retrospective cohort study, spanning from 2005 to 2015, evaluates the efficacy of a medical fitness model in addressing cardiovascular risk factors. Among 11,319 members and 507,400 controls, facility members exhibited a lower hazard risk of major adverse cardiovascular events, with regular attendance (>1 weekly visit) showing the most significant risk reduction. The study suggests that medical fitness facilities, especially with regular attendance, could serve as effective public health interventions for individuals at risk of cardiovascular disease.
