Impact of ARNI + SGLT2-I on Pulmonary Hypertension and RV Function in HFrEF

The combination of Angiotensin Receptor-Neprilysin Inhibitors (ARNI) and SGLT2 inhibitors (SGLT2-I) significantly reduced tricuspid regurgitation velocity (TRV) and improved right ventricular (RV) function in HFrEF patients, compared to ARNI alone. The combination therapy also reduced pulmonary hypertension (PH) probability and enhanced clinical outcomes, highlighting its potential for better managing pulmonary hemodynamics and RV remodeling.
